Knowledge 2025: Where AI Took Center Stage

Last week, Las Vegas played host to one of the biggest enterprise technology events of the year: ServiceNow Knowledge 2025. With more than 25,000 attendees from across the globe, this year’s conference was a massive showcase of innovation, insight, and community. The theme, “Put AI to Work for People – Now,” set the tone for three days packed with deep dives into workflow automation, AI integration, and digital transformation, all powered by ServiceNow’s rapidly evolving platform.

First Impressions: Bigger, Bolder, Smarter
Ajay described Knowledge25 in one word: huge. The scale of the conference, with thousands of IT leaders, developers, ServiceNow users, and ecosystem partners gathered under one roof, was a clear signal that digital workflows and AI-enhanced service delivery are at the center of enterprise strategy in 2025.
He noted that the event wasn’t just about flashy product demos or big-stage keynotes, it was about real knowledge sharing. Companies of every size and across every industry were there to share practical experiences, lessons learned, and creative uses of the ServiceNow Platform. That spirit of collaboration is what makes Knowledge such a uniquely valuable gathering.

Connecting with Old and New Clients
One of the biggest benefits of attending a show like Knowledge25 is the opportunity to meet face-to-face with current and prospective customers. Ajay was able to connect with a number of our existing clients, strengthening relationships and hearing first-hand how they’re deploying Caller Verify to boost service desk security and meet compliance standards.
Translating online conversations into in-person connections is not always smooth sailing, though. At one point Ajay struck up a conversation with a fellow participant at breakfast. After a few minutes of talking, the pair realized that they had actually already met during a video call weeks earlier! It turns out that three-dimensional people are not always easy to match to their flat video call personas.
Ajay also had the chance to speak with representatives from some big-name companies who are actively evaluating our solutions, some of which are well on their way to becoming clients in the near future. As more organizations realize the urgent need to harden their help desks and call centers against impersonation and social engineering attacks, Caller Verify is emerging as a must-have tool in the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Knowledge25 delivered on that front with a performance by Gwen Stefani at the Knowledge After Party, held at the breathtaking Sphere venue. It was a high-energy, high-tech celebration to wrap up a week focused on the future of work and the role AI and automation are playing in shaping it.
